I have got list of site which has got PR 10 in their last update. April 30-2008 google updated the Backlink and pagerank. So far google was updating PR monthly but recently they changed to quarterly.
Strange for me, in a month my PR went to 3 from 2 and again dropped to 0. All happened in 3 weeks.
I see most of the pages dropped to 9 from PR 10. The current list of sites having PR 10 are listed below.

At last how can i omit Google Who’s PR never dries. Just imagine Google has 3,830,000 backlinks. Followed by World Wide Web Consortium 166,000 backlinks. Our website less than 500. Hope to build more in future.
